Process

Brief to show floor, without the chaos.

Six clear stages, one designer, fixed revision rounds and a schedule planned back from your show date. Here’s exactly what happens after you hit send.

From model to render

Every stand starts as a model.

We block out structure, sightlines and scale in 3D first, then layer in materials, lighting and graphics. Drag to compare.

The six stages

What happens after you hit send.

Timings below are typical for a peninsula or island stand. Inline booths move faster, and we always plan back from your show date.

  1. Day 1

    Discovery & brief

A 30-minute call to understand the show, the space, your audience and what success looks like. We collect the floor plan, exhibitor manual, brand assets and details of any hardware you already own.

  2. Days 2–3

    Layout & concept direction

We plan sightlines and visitor flow, zone the stand for demos, meetings and storage, and agree a creative direction with you before any 3D work starts.

  3. Days 3–6

    3D design & photoreal renders

Your stand comes to life in 3D, rendered from the angles that matter: the aisle approach, the hero view and the details. Share them with your team or leadership straight away.

  4. Days 6–9

    Refinement

We fine-tune materials, lighting, messaging and graphics together. Revision rounds are built in, so the stand gets better without the budget creeping.

  5. Days 9–12

    Print-ready artwork

Every graphic is built to your printer’s or builder’s exact templates, with bleed, safe zones, colour profiles and resolution checked at full scale.

FAQ

Process questions, answered.

What do you need from me to start?
The show name and dates, your floor plan or stand dimensions, the exhibitor manual, logo files and brand guidelines, the products and messages you want to feature, and a budget range. If you already own hardware, send its details too.
How many revisions are included?
Every package includes set revision rounds (two or three, depending on the package). Most projects are approved well within them; if you need more, we’ll quote them up front.
Can you meet a rush deadline?
Often, yes. Tell us your show date and we’ll be honest about what’s achievable. Rush timelines depend on our schedule and how quickly feedback comes back.
Will the files work with my printer?
Yes. We ask for your printer’s templates and specifications before artwork starts, and deliver press-ready PDFs to match, with bleed, safe zones, colour profiles and resolution included.
Do I own the designs?
Yes. Once the project is paid in full, you own the final artwork and receive the editable source files to reuse at future shows.
Do you work across time zones?
Yes. We work remotely with exhibitors worldwide and schedule calls to suit you. Most communication happens by email, WhatsApp or video call.
