Pricing questions, answered.

Why don’t you list prices?

Because two 10×20 booths can be very different projects. Stand size, structure, the number of graphics and your timeline all change the work involved. Send a brief and you’ll get a fixed, itemised quote with no surprises.

How quickly will I get a quote?

Usually within one business day of receiving your brief. If we need anything else, like the show rules or your floor plan, we’ll ask straight away.

Do you require a deposit?

Projects typically start with a 50% deposit, with the balance due before final print-ready files are released. Larger programmes can be split into milestones.

Is printing or building included?

No. We’re a design studio, so our quotes cover design and print-ready artwork. We’re happy to work with the printer or exhibit house you already use.

Can you work to a fixed budget?

Yes. Tell us your budget up front and we’ll scope the design to fit, recommending where to invest and where to save.
